Hello. Today I will be using watercolor pencils on the Stampendous "Pup On Truck" stamped image. This card making tutorial will focus primarily on the watercolor technique. Since this rubber stamp has many small details, I find that using super sharp watercolor pencils and fine watercolor brushes allows for more precise control when placing the color without distorting the finer parts of the overall image.
